Great food, really crappy service from the "lady" with the birth mark on her face. The line was out the door and I thought I was clever by calling in my order. I called it in to the one on horizon instead of college and horizon. My mistake but I'm the one that has to "pay" three times now. Now I have to wait even longer for my food, pay for this food, and call and apologize to the other location. The "lady" with the birth mark was all about the attitude that it wasn't nice that they had to make my food and I wasn't there to pick it up. I told her I would call them and explain (which they were very nice and understanding) then she had the nerve to say, "don't react that way it's okay", after telling me it wasnt. I will NEVER come back to this place after the way she treated me.

Absolutely DISSAPOINTED! the price has gone way up with LOW quality , smaller portions. An absolute joke. I used to go in once a week but WILL go to Roberto's instead!

they lose one star because the food could be better.= they lose a half a star because you pay for extra cheese and don't get it.= they lose a half a star because they are NOT friendly at all, sullen . and I always tip!! = so that equals 3 stars. yes I eat there occasionally,, because there is no other choice for Mexican takeout. if there was a Roberto's nearby they would definitely have to up their game.

Undoubtedly the absolute best neighborhood Mexican grab-and-go stop in town. My family and I visit Fausto's all the time when we're headed back from work or shopping, or just to satisfy that late night craving before closing at midnight. We've brought friends visiting town here on multiple occasions, and they have absolutely loved it. If you're visiting Fausto's on College for the first time, my favorites are the Nevada burrito and fish taco combo plate (#12). Taco Salads and Super Nachos are always good choices as well. Happy Fausto-ing!

I'm a local in this area. I love mexican food.. I've had several unfortunate incidents there.. while my general experience has been mostly positive, it's unfortunate to say that the negative have outweighed that and I will not be going to this location again, but rather Don Tortaco or Roberto's next time.

First let me start with the customer service. It's quite odd. Just last night I walked in, the female cashier is speaking in spanish with a customer, very friendly and having a good time, laughing. Good to see that nice customer to sales associate interaction. It's my turn. I happily walk up to the lady at the register with a nice, "Hey, how're you doing tonight?!", (I'm a caucasian male who does not know a single lick of spanish past 'Gracias', but understands good manners and respect). "

without any greeting from her, no eye contact whatsoever, ".. Can I help you?", as if my patronage is suddenly a burden. I thought about walking away right then and there because of the lack of good connection.. I am very thrown off. Despite my feelings of this, I continue and order my regular, a bacon breakfast burrito.

I am responded to by a sudden and emotionless, "four dollars.", while eye contact is now kept at a minimum on her side of the deal. This is when I really REALLY considered just leaving. I was astounded by this lady's rudeness and almost hostile feelings towards me. I tip just about every time, and I'm always very friendly to anyone regardless of their interaction towards me.. I think maybe she's having a bad day? I mean, I've had this lady (although, typically in a rather emotionless and slightly angered manner most of the time) take my order for several visits at this point but have never seen her like this. So it was a thought of, "hmm. I don't trust this place too much anymore.." But again, disregarded, excited to bite into my burrito.

So that was my customer service experience. You could hardly say there was one.

My final blow is the moderate level of sickness I have experienced not only once, but TWICE from eating here, and that last time was last night. Even now, over 24 hours after eating, I still feel a knot in my stomach. I don't understand.. How did they make this food? Why was I so sick from it? Perhaps this is just a me thing, I haven't heard of anyone else getting sick from eating here.. But maybe I'm wrong? I'm not sure. But it was NOT fun and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. Perhaps my small experience cannot define the overall experience and service and I would recommend for others to decide based on their own experiences.. But I feel bothered by THESE experiences and will not be returning..
