The food is awesome! Service is as well. All in a great atmosphere. I recommend it UBER AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CLOSED NOW!!! What happened????

It seems as if this Fazoli's may have read some of the negative reviews here because when I went on 2/23/13, the customer service seemed to be their strong suit. The lady who helped me was very nice, brought the food to our table, came by several times to ask how we were doing, and told us to leave the dishes at the table and that she would clean up when we left.

Food-wise, it was pretty good for the two in our party. We both had the chicken alfredo bake (1 large order, 1 small order), salads, drinks, and bread sticks. The bill was $15 and some change. Overall, nothing to complain about. Will go back.

Update May 2013. I've been back three times. In all cases the service was quite attentive. On one occasion the chicken parmesan wasn't up to par, but everything else there in my four visits has been very good, especially for the price.

Excellent customer service. Very attentive staff. Very friendly & great food for an amazing price. If we lived in the area it would become our new go to place.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The employees are extremely rude. I complained online, got no feedback at all. We will not dine here again.
