Fazoli's, Madison, Wisconsin, Italian Restaurant Details

Food:

It took 30 minutes to get my food. When I didn't get it and realized people after me were I went up and asked the older lady that was delivering it if my food was coming. She responded with "I couldn't find you". I was sitting in the middle of the booths and didn't move once. She said she'd get it for me. About 2 minutes later she came and asked again what I ordered. Then my food came a minute later. Then two tables around me asked for breads ticks and she responded with "when I have time. It's too busy." No one realized service was dependant on the number of customers. I have been here now for 45 minutes and have not been brought breads ticks once. Sucks!

Came to eat on a busy Saturday night and still recieved the best customer service! I highly recommend eating in. Every worker is phenomenal!!! The lady who came around to give out breadsticks was the highlight of my visit!

went there a couple months ago, our waiter was excellent! she was so very kind & I loved her upbeat personality. it made our night out an excellent experience to go to fazolis! the food was tasty & bread sticks were so yummy! don't hesitate to try it! going there for some food tonight & i can't wait! (:

I enjoyed the lunch I ate here. Everything was fresh and using a Google Local deal saved a few bucks!

First visit, first one was good, Had the family dinner...spag w/meat sauce and fetticini alfredo, 14.95. Second trip ordered 19.95 dinner w/spag/meat sauce and meatballs, second choice was chicken parm....mistake..........too dry to taste good. Only got half the container of spagetti.........not worth the money or the time it took to wait in the drive through
