Food:

Went it on a Wednesday night and it was hopping for good reason! I'd call ahead next time and get a reservation. We were able to get a cute little table in the bar area and the server Eddie was AMAZING!!!! He was knowledgeable and attentive! The food and drinks were delicious. We both got the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent food and service. Very elegant and intimate atmosphere.

Outstanding food. The room we were in was a little warm (the place is in an actual house) and I think the waitress liked the people next to us more than us because she offered to turn on the AC for them but not us (I should have sweated more). Other than that she was great, though.

The food was outstanding and the beignets are amazing. But go after dark if you are eating upstairs because it really is hot and th AC they do have is a big window unit.

No duds on the menu. All good stuff. One of the best places in Charlotte.

All we have got is our appetizer and I'm already won over. The chefs cheese plate is amazing. Now that we have had our main course and dessert it is a definite win I my book and service is wonderful. I will be back.

We loved the food and experience besides that waiter's lack of service with his mistake. We got the puff pastry app (awesome!), the filet (awesome!) and the beignets (awesome!) and the mousse. Problem was we said the mousse and the waiter brought us the wrong one, there are two apparently. When we told him that when he came back there ZERO attempt to rectify the problem. He charged us and didn't bring us the other one. We ended up leaving on a bad note...
