02/06/2015 9:07 pmOne star because NO stars was not an offered option. Food is good. However, extremely poorly managed location!! Dine in. Never walk in order. Previous 2 visits called in order only to find parts of the order missing when home. Tonight walked in to order. Then waited over 30 minutes to get food. Sat and watched as they catered to delivery driver services by pushing their orders out ahead of ours all the while looking at us. When they did get around to our order, it was slammed together in less than 5 minutes. Then, you guessed it. Order wasn't right when we got home. Been going to this site for years. It nearly closed a couple of years back when the original management changed. I'm guessing all the new development near by saved it. Figo's Senior management should be thankful demand overcomes service. Otherwise, this site would be on the chopping block once again. For us, it's the third strike. We're done. However, if you like frustration and crappy service - go for it. |

04/18/2014 8:13 pmVERY hit and miss. Been about 10 times over last six months since I moved into the neighborhood. I have been there enough that they should recognize me and I believe they did. Tonight was the last time however; it has gotten worse each time. I could not get the linguini to separate into strands; just one cold solid lump. It could be sliced into coagulated cubes however which is the way I ate it until they got busy and started asking me if I wanted a to go box (2 times). Finally they asked me to move to a smaller table next to screaming 3 year old children. In their defense, I was at a four place table which was the only table available when I sat down; I would not have minded moving if I had wanted to stay. I did not take a to go box. ----PS the caprese salad has been excellent every time but once in January and I blamed the winter season tomatoes for that time. |

08/12/2015 7:45 pmFans posit what's not to love about this informal local Italian chain, where the "mix-and-match" menu makes for "brag-worthy" build-your-own pasta dishes, delivered by friendly servers in a nothing-fancy setting; "reasonable" prices make it perfect for "families" or those times "when you don't want to cook." |
