This place is a shit hole. Rudest people ive ever met. THEY CHARGED ME $11.36 FOR CARNE ASADE BURRITO! when i pointed out there was a mistake the refused to refund me and just played the no comprehend game with me. When i got a little angry they told me to go F myself.! This place needs to be shut down. Ive watched enough drunk people piss and vomit on the benches idk how its still open. just like the other people said if you want a good filibertos where they are respectful and clean go to the one on Cooper and Elliot.

A: Tables were disgusting!! Litterally black goo in every crevasse of the picnic table.

B: it was $25.95 for myself and two of my coworkers to have a burrito and a drink!?! $5.25 x3 of us for a pollo asado burrito and $1.99 for a 20oz soda?

C: CHARGING 75¢ FOR REFILLS?!? It's an OUTDOOR ONLY PLACE!! Literally 50 feet away is the front door to a Circle K that charges 79¢ for a 44oz Styrofoam Cup of anything I want. And you guys want to charge me an aditional 75¢ for refill on a cup I've already been charged two bucks for?!

Pull it together Berto's!! You guys used to be a decent little lunch spot..

This is the only filibertos that I know that does NOT make ground beef tacos. The shredded beef is dry and gross. What is the point of taco tuesday if they dont have ground beef? Then you charge me for jalepenos and carrots, another first for me. Then you put out your tip cup? What a joke. Tips go to people that actually care about the customer experience, sadly I am just another customer in line to get my less than mediocre food. Will not be going back and neither will my family.
