If I could leave no stars I would. My son went through the drive-thru and got the wrong order. No big deal. It wasn't until after he got the correct order that I got a phone call from the direct line of this fast food place. The worker left a voicemail, "I'm not afraid of you you white bitch, I know where you live." Just a wonderful place they have running here.

I go there mostly at late night times like 2 or 3 am. They seem friendly an helpful. My order was wrong but I didnt make a fuss.

The food is great if you can get them to make your order correctly. 80% we get home and they put the wrong things in the burrito that we also paid extra for. One time we asked for no cheese, only guacamole on rolled tacos and we got only cheese. Last time my husband ordered a carna asada burrito and added cheese and sour cream, he got home and there was like a pound of re-fried beans in there instead, but we were charged for cheese and sour cream. Last time I checked beans don't even come with a carna asada burrito - usually just guacamole and pico de gallo. Very frustrating! Usually we go to the drive through and don't realize the mistakes until we get home. Again, very frustrating because not only did we get the wrong thing we are usually charged for something we do not get, but when they get it right - that burrito is darn good!

I used to love coming here for their taco Tuesday and burrito Wednesday. I kept hearing skeptical things about this place from friends and neighbors but did not pay much attention to it. Well I came to this particular location, and got the two beef tacos, and within a couple hours, I had a bad case of food poisoning. Well the truth is, if you eat here often enough, it will happen. They need to have a better sense of cleanliness. That is my only gripe. Food is excellent otherwise, sure beats Taco Bell. As for the service, is it generally takes a long time at the drive through, when it wont take as long inside. Also had multiple offers screwed up, but fixed.
