Is there a better location than this one? I am a Firehouse subs fanatic and have tried multiple locations but this one seems to be the best. Great atmosphere and the employees always have smiles on their faces and are efficient. I've never had my order messed up before. These guys are great!

This is hands down one of the best sub shops in the state. The food is absolutely delicious and they never let me down. Been eating here for years and it's always my go to sub shop. I have converted many friends to be a Firehouse sub fan. The staff is typically friendly but the welcome to firehouse chant gets annoying after a while. Still worth eating here no matter what.

So we placed an order online and they accidentally got my sandwich wrong. We went back and they replaced both of our sandwiches which I thought was really nice. They were very, very kind about it. Well, we took our sandwiches home and the roast beef inside mine was the consistency of cat food. Almost spongey and complete mush. I think that it's because we took them home & didn't eat them immediately so they got mushy? I'm honestly not sure. We ended up throwing both sandwiches away.

Later learned that they were mushy because they steam their meat so more water gets in while cooking. I'm not a fan, but so many people love this place so must just be personal preference.

Overall, staff was VERY friendly, I just personally wasn't a fan of the steamed meat.
