Food is good but good god are they poorly managed. Took 13 minutes with one person in front of me to get a sub. Everybody looked like zombies, I even heard a groan.

Had lunch at the 9825 San Jose location last weekend and I have never ever seen such friendly service and a spotless dining area. I was amazed to see the 2 young employees constantly keep cleaning everything in sight. No kidding! The cashier (Clara) straightened the tables, the napkin holders on each table, the chairs, wiped down all the counters and even sprayed cleaned each hi-chair, seats, legs, etc. I didn't get the cooks name, but he also was cleaning the sandwich preparing areas and they never stopped. It was a late Sunday afternoon and not too many customers, but they never took advantage of the free time to be on their phones, texting, talking, or taking a break. Kudos to their trainer and Mgr for a great crew. I will dine and tell others to also visit this location. WOW!
