I have lived in San Marco for over a year. And the many times I have tried to Pre-Order my sandwich for pickup has caused me to be late. I have now completely given up hope on this Firehouse being as good as any other. One would think that if you order a sandwich online for pickup at a certain time that they would have it. I paid and sat down as I do everytime this happens. The last time it took them 20 minutes to get me my sandwich and caused me to be late getting back, again. So as long as you are not in a hurry, it's great.
