Carrabba's prices with Pizza Hut quality food and service. An establishment this horrid should not exist. Do not waste your money at this place, go down the road to a much better restaurant.

Really its 0 stars but I had to put something.This was the worst place I have been too. I would have rather gone to a fast food joint for breakfast. The service was AWFUL (so awful that I couldn't enjoy my food when it finally arrived). We watched people come sit down, eat and leave before our waiter took our order. The hostess kept seating tables but the servers were not tending to the tables. They didn't have enough menus to go around (maybe because the recently seated patrons still havent been serviced yet). When I asked our horrible waiter when the other tables would be serviced, he said that he doesnt know because they can only have a number of tables and that he has already reached his quota and that he would not help because he would not get the tip, just like the other waiters. When I asked to speak with the Manager, he said that they were in the kitchen cooking. Once we finally received our bill, he stood over top of us the entire time I guess to make sure he got a tip but he didn't. Worst ever restaurant and I am surprised they are still in business.

What a great suprise the food was GREAT the service was GREAT I wish I found this place the first day I was here instead of the last .They even covered the Elvis because my 1 year old daughter was scared

DELISH!! This is the third time we've been there. First time was early last spring. Always tasty! We always try different italian dishes and they are always excellent! The bread is really good and salads are really good also. This time mom had the crab tomato bisque soup it was to die for. I had the grilled eggplant with pasta and it was superb (sauce was REALLY good)!! Dad, Cory & Pat shared a BBQ chicken pizza which was pretty big they couldn't finish it. We also all shared some tomato bruschetta which was real good. We dined outside upstairs again, where we always ask to sit because of the great view of the bay. The service is average but the view & flavors are so good - its worth a trip every time we are in town.

I am guessing this place is only open because poor unsuspecting drunkards like myself stumble in. Luckily I settled on one slice because this pizza was absolutely horrible. I don't know about anyone else but if my impression of food is this bad when I am drunk it might actually kill me if I ate it sober. The sauce may have actually been ketchup. If the pizza was this bad I cannot even imagine how bad the rest of the food is. If you value your soul and your palate avoid this place.
