"Quality" cuts of "properly prepared" steak bring beef eaters to the Tysons Corner and Harbor East links of this "expense-account" chophouse chain; adding to the "excellent" experience are the "top-notch" servers who ably tend the "crowded" dining rooms and "busy" bar with "dark and woody", "men's club" decor.

My wife and I dined at Flemmings last evening for the fist time. I went in expecting an incredible experience and left vowing not to go back. I ordered the New York strip, asked for medium and pan seared. I also ordered the jumbo lump crab as an add. What arrived at our table was a charred black, overdone mess. I didn't complain, thinking the worst of what would return from the kitchen in terms of food handling. So, I ate roughly a quarter of the steak and asked for the rest to be packaged to go. My wife ordered a small plate of battered lobster. It was listed as lightly battered on the menu. It arrived very thickly battered and saturated with grease. She too ate a small portion and asked for the rest to go. I'm only posting this to help others and vent some frustration with Flemmings. We have agreed to not go back and to move on to other prime steak options. My advise for others is to not take the chance...as an upscale, prime steakhouse the experience should be perfect all the time and not a 'good luck' hit or miss. We will not return...

Went here on a Friday night for Happy Hour to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was the WORST experience ever. Our waiter Steve was rude and obnoxious. He was insulting guest and ignoring them when they would yell his name. It was like he had an attitude and didn't know nothing about customer service. Let's just say I won't be back at this place. The burger was GREAT, but I'm all about the experience, especially since we traveled all the way from DC. Valet parking was horrendous as well. Never again.

Wonderful atmosphere, great and varied wine list, crab cakes were amazing, the most delicious steak I ever had and the cream with the mixed berries was just perfect. Perhaps the greatest meal ever.
