My favorite place to relax at. Great food and beer and everyone has a great attitude. Visiting me from out of town? I'm taking you to the saucer.

Does the Saucer have the most amazing food...no (it does have good food...just not amazing). Does it have a great selection of some of the most delicious beers you can find in Texas ... heck yes it does. I love this place and the atmosphere is great too.

Food:

Terrible service. Not family friendly at all. Server plainly ignored our party of 10, rude when asked about beer selection. If you bring children you will be looked at ugly and ignored. This was one of our favorite places until today. We came at 3 pm in the afternoon and it was slow but still took 30 mins to just place our orders. Family's stay away.

The flying saucer is one of my favorite places to grab a beer. The food is good and their beer is always great. They offer a wide variety of beers and not just the normal ones like bud light and Miller light. I highly suggest checking it out but it does get really busy on certain days and times.

Food:

Really nice selection of beers, reasonably tasty food and generally decent service are the hallmarks of this place. Burgers are always well cooked and tasty, the bratwurst plate boasts perfectly cooked brats conveniently sliced up in rounds, all accompanied by a perfect tangy crisp sauerkraut makes for a perfect accompaniment to the good section of lager and ales.

Beers are not always well poured though and can come with 2 inches of head at times which is not fixed in any pleasant way. Lately the selection has gone down too, making for the loss of one star.
