Service is terrible but food was good. Never seen a staff so disorganized and unmanaged.

This breakfast, brunch and lunch bistro in Downtown San Jose's Fairmont Hotel upgraded its menu to put a California spin on moderately priced New American and Asian classics. The look is now more modern too, with light wood floors, bright walls and tables fronting a wall of windows – though the signature marble counters and columns remain.
