There's a reason this "bustling" tap has "been around forever" assure boosters, who back the Brit-style "Lincoln Park classic" for its "homey" environs, "engaging" staff, "theme nights" and "upscale food", noting it "hasn't changed a bit" over the years; it's always comfortable for the "thirtysomething crowd" and remains a popular choice "pre-theater" and "after sporting events."

Really ordinary restaurant. They position as a place that does seafood, but they couldn't even get the fish and chips right - over choked on the outside, raw on the inside.

My seafood chowder was goopy and looked like it was out of a can.

This restaurant is a prime candidate for "kitchen nightmares".

Don't know how it got a 4.3 rating. The clientele were primarily older people.

This is the first bad restaurant review I have ever taken the tone to write.

Classic neighborhood bar with locals and sports on the tv. Nothing fancy but a very comfortable atmosphere.

I've only been there on a slow night, the ambiance should have included music but it was pretty much dead, possibly the weather. Nonetheless, we had good drinks and a cool long table to accommodate our group.

Nice dining experience, large portions, great deal with groupon! Ribs were great, pepper ribeye was good although not very tender.

I hosted a 30th surprise birthday here about a year ago and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I worked with the owner to set everything up and he couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating.

I went in to check out the space and it was fantastic, not to mention that they don't charge a fee to utilize the room. They allowed me to bring in an outside cake, but I ordered from the menu for the party. The muffaletta sandwiches were a huge hit. The wings were really meaty and good. The service was incredible. They had a good selection of tap beers and reasonably priced as far as I was concerned.

I think this place is a real gem. Come in for the neighborhood atmosphere to watch a football game at the bar or go and sit in the dining room with your family for a quality dining experience. And if you ever need to host a party of some sort - this is definitely the place to do it!
