Bought a GroupOn to go here, but couldn't get in the door because my daughter was with me and kids aren't allowed. Nothing in the fine print of the coupon about an age limit. I've had no problem taking my daughter to other bars with food - for instance The Londoner, which is very good.

RUN AWAY
i came in only to get a salad and pizza, they ran my c. card and i waited for
1 hour. They could care less, i walked and they charged my card anyway for the food i never got.

Worst service I have ever experienced! Got here early. Took an hour to get a water. I had to go to a bartender to get it. I understand its fight night so they should've known better to have more servers and be better organized. Ordered soup and salad. Still waiting. Its been an hour and 13 minutes. Even got a manager involved. Made excuses. I know because I have been in the service industry for 7 years. Come on now! They tried to give us food that we didn't order on 6 different occasions already and mgr tried to give us a burger for free. Um, not what I ordered. Then the excuse is my soup isn't ready now. Really? If I wasn't so hungry I would leave. I do NOT recommend coming here , especially for a special event like the fights. Reading the previous reviews, it looks like I am not alone and this place shouldn't even still be running. If I could give any advice it would be to be better prepared for events like this with better suited servers, more servers, and a system that flows and can keep up with the traffic. Not one table is being tended to properly. I love this place back home in San Antonio, great service, great food, excellent place from every aspect so of course there is no problem with getting business. BUT there needs to be a CHANGE. Please do so. Until then, good luck with dealing with irrate, unsatisfied, Disappointed customers. .... received my food! Scorching soup: good. Taste: not good but I'm too hungry to care. Salad: warm. Taste: not a salad. Warm and watered down blue cheese dressing. My salad is actually a pile of carrots with a couple of old pieces of lettuce on top as garnish. At this point its pointless to tell the mgr again BC its apparent they can not make a salad.

There's almost always an empty table on the day of a big game. That should probably tell you something. I went a few times, thinking the problems might have just been a coincidence, but the last time, drinks took 30 minutes to come out and after waiting an hour for the food we just opted to settle the bill and go get food elsewhere. The manager never came over, and while the server seemed congenial, I tend to want something a little more than a smile when I go out to eat and drink. Like food and drink.
