03/17/2016 3:36 amReally nice place, great food. Even though the place was inundated by 2 large (and unexpected) parties, they still took the time to make sure my iced tea was constantly filled and we were served promptly by the owner herself (second generation). While we were waiting, a friend of the owner showed us around. Murals, statues, and knickknacks galore. Lots of history here. |

02/26/2016 7:23 pmWell I have to say I was unsure what to expect when I went in but the longevity of its existence should have told me, OF Course it was good. On arrival, i liked the environment but that might be due to its authenticity. I lived in Sicily years ago and it brought back memories. Turns out that was because the original owner (Franco) was straight from there. He built the restaurant to provide the quality Italian food he knew to an area that back then wasn't really around. He passed the restaurant to his daughters who now keep up the friendly relationships with their customers, as far as I can tell with every one of my visits. In addition, the staff while i was there was quite attentive to our families needs, touching base without overwhelming. Thanks to the young man Jessie, who was my waiter the last two visits. |

02/26/2016 5:43 pmBeing a vegetarian, I am very selective to the restaurants I choose to eat my meal. The waiters are so friendly and will ensure my food is not cross contaminated due to my dietary restrictions. ( Which I rarely find in other restaurants). This is one of my favorite Italian restaurant, which tops my list.I absolutely love the personalize décor. Each time I have always been acknowledged from the time I walk in the restaurant. And make me feel very welcoming and inviting. |

I have to say I could have sworn we were in Italy. We will definitely will go there very soon. |

01/26/2016 6:41 pmThis place is strange. My wife and I were greeted by a woman who was dressed as if she was planning on laying around the house all day. Then we were passed off to a younger guy that went on and on about their ugly decor and how it was all done by hand. It was done sloppy and strange like the restaurant. Then our waiter noticed a larger group come in so he passed us off to another waiter. This guy was terrible. He took our drink orders then walked around senselessly just to only reappeared later without our drinks. When I asked him where are our drinks? He's go-to response was " Your drinks are being made as we speak". It's only us and one other party in the whole restaurant. The food comes out and it's nasty. I got the chicken Florentina. The chicken tasted like it was cooked a few days ago then warmed back up then chopped into tiny weird cubes. The angel hair pasta was mushy and over cooked. After getting this gross food brought to me I wanted the ticket so we could leave. I asked the waiter four times for the ticket and his response was " the ticket is being printed as we speak". Well 15mins later we get the ticket from him. BTW it's hand written by him.... Needless to we won't be back. |
