Franklin Hotel, New York, New York Restaurant Details

Great service by all the staff members. The location was fantastic and easily accessible to anywhere you want to go in the entire city.

I stayed there for two nights and decided to write this review on my way to the airport, the best thing about the hotel is their staff, the are very nice and friendly, I had a lot of orders coming from Amazon and other online stores and they arrived to the hotel before my arrival, the hotel staff were nice enough that they stored my packages in my room even before I check in. As for the hotel itself, I found it to be very causy, the reception can fool you because it's very small and basic, but my room was more than adequate, very clean and even more spacious than what I expected, they have behind the lobby a small eating area and a small sitting room, both are quite causy. I would come back again to the Franklin when I'm in New York alone.

Our experience was if we were confined to a small prison cell. Extremely small room. So small that there wasn't room for a sink in the bathroom so there was one in our bedroom. The bathroom was so tight that I couldn't turn to grab the toilet paper without leaning into the shower. My wife and I survived our experience but for $450 per night it should have been an experience that we cherished not one that we felt that we were taken advantage of. On a positive note the elevator was really cool... old school. Sorry but we can only throw you one star.

the Franklin hotel is a little gem. the staff are incredibly helpful and courteous the hotel is in a quiet street but within walking distance of central park, museums, bars, restaurants and the subway. the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate. can't wait to stay there again.

Very rude and inefficient staff. Overpriced but dumpy little hotel. Strongly recommend avoiding.
