From the time that I googled this restaurant before my lunch break to consuming the entire sub, the experience was extraordinary. I first called Frankys Deli Warehouse to make sure they were still in business and that the address was correct, I was informed that I could place my order by phone and it would be ready by the time that I got there. 100% true! When I walked into the restaurant, I stood in line, I was greeted very nicely and gave my name. I was told that my order would be right up. The owners (I presume) chatted me up and welcomed me to their sub spot and made me feel like I was a long time customer. I had the Philly Sub and it was delicious. The rib eye cut was a good quality and seasoning was superb! Want to try something new for lunch without breaking the bank and loving it, try this place.

This is, by far, the best deli/sandwich shop in all of Hialeah/Miami Lakes. First of all, the service is excellent. If it's within their capability to prepare something a particular way for you, consider it done. You can call in ahead of time so the sandwich is ready for you by the time you get there. They make a great effort to get to know their customers and are always providing a great atmosphere. My only complaint is that there isn't ANOTHER Franky's Deli Warehouse! And most important of all...the food here is DELICIOUS. GO TO FRANKY'S DELI WAREHOUSE!

Great subs and awesome pan con bistec and phily steak... There mojo is one of the best sauces on the pan con bistec

If you go here you have to try the Philly cheese steak sub. It is so freaking good. A lot of local celebrities swing by to eat. Since I've been going here I've seen Brisco, Flo-rida, Rick Ross, and a lot of others in the hip hop industry.
