The customer service at this place was AWFUL!!! Didn't eat inside the restaurant-went through the drive-thru one afternoon. When I attempted to place my order for a couple of burgers and peppermint shakes/concretes (which they were advertising on the order screen visuals), the young lady on the speaker rudely snapped, "We don't have that." And didn't even follow with, "Would you like to order something else instead?" My friend, who was with me at the time, and I were appalled. So I politely persisted, "Okay, well, then may I order another dessert instead?" to which she replied, (after about a minute, and I heard a lot of giggling in the background-evidence she and the other employees were probably goofing around instead of doing their jobs properly), "What else do you want?" It gets worse. When we drove up to the drive thru window to pick up our food, she practically threw the bag out of the window at us (I know it sounds dramatic, but it really did happen, which is why I'm venting/taking the time to write a review) and said, "Here you go." And slammed the window shut. Unbelievable! No thank you come again...nothing! With that, I angrily drove off. I've worked in customer service, so I know good/bad service when I see it, and I get that those jobs are minimum wage and there are probably a lot of teens there for whom it's their first job, so they're not taking it too seriously, but how my friend and I were treated was still completely ridiculous and uncalled for. Maybe my expectations were too high, I don't know, but I feel I've gotten considerably better service at chain fast food places like McDonalds. The food isn't great, but it's not bad, which is why I'm not giving it one star (otherwise, I would). The food's not worth dealing with that again, so drive thru if you dare, but that's enough for me-#neveragain. Don't say you haven't been warned!

This place reminds me a bit of one of my old favorites when I was in California - "In-N-Out" while it is not exactly the same the taste is close for me to really enjoy it. Order the "California Style" in either single or double with grilled onions - Delicious!

The fires are really good too - made with shoestring potatoes. Don't forget the "Freddy's Fry Sauce" to dip them in - Yummy!

For desert there is a great selection of custards and "concretes" to choose from. I just had the PBC&B (Peanut Butter Cup & Banana) and the custard was so creamy and they put enough peanut butter cups on to have some with every scoop!

I hear their cheesesteak is really good too!

I have been searching for a place thats like the steaknshake in Raleigh and this place is pretty much like it, besides the price which is more expensive though it was great, will be returning again. My only complaint is there is alot of staff there and doesnt seem like its enough work for thst many employees. Maybe after a few month's things will smooth out but food is wonderful

This place is brand new and already filthy somehow. The floors are dirty. We couldn't find a clean table so we had to wipe one down with some napkins ourselves. The baskets our food came in were greasy. Overall it was just a mess. They have like 50 people working... half of them standing around and no one can clean? The staff were not very friendly or attentive. The only redeeming thing about this place was that the burgers and fries were tasty. But my chicken sandwich was dry. Won't be going here again.

Hot dogs, burgers, and frozen custard...oh my. I partook of far too many calories and sodium on our first outing to Freddy's, but it was all in the name of science. The Chicago-style hotdog was a good variant of the real thing with lots of flavor. The double steakburger with cheese was also flavorful. The custard was extremely smooth, and puts a legitimate challenge to other local frozen custard places.

Very kid friendly with plenty of seating. The one thing that was a little awkward was the order pick-up and condiment/napkin situation. No napkins at the table meant an extra trip up to the crowded counter.
