Food:

Always clean, in a great location, and never overly crowded. Went here for lunch more than a few times when I worked in Houston.

Wonderful place for a nice treat. Or BBQ from the pit located in the same parking lot. Open late

I'd give the food 5 stars easily I know that the service isn't that great but for the food it is defiantly worth it

Foods pretty good for the most part. Fries are amazing when fresh. Problem is they have way too many kids working there and there doesn't seem to be any control or supervision. Especially at night. I get more consistent food and service during the day.

On this particular night, about 5 kids could be seen playing in the kitchen from the drive thru window. Like they were all, and I mean all, play fighting. One of them was using the other at their bodyguard, and one kept yelling out the B word. It looked like a high school gym without any supervision.

I knew they weren't paying any attention to work and that my order wouldn't be taken care off up to standard. Sure enough, my fries were soggy and cold and burger wasn't how I ordered. I feel I wasted my money and this falls squarely on management.

Food:

In a nutshell..the food is pretty good for fast food, although the fries are hit or miss..sometimes they're hot and fresh, others they're cold and rubbery. Customer service is great..always very friendly workers. However, they are HORRIBLE at getting everything you ordered in the bag.

The last time we went there we ordered 4 custards and once we got home we only had 3! So I called and they knew exactly which flavor we were missing..so I guess they just completely forgot to put it in the bag?

Tonight we had an order for 5 people..3 ordered onion rings and 2 ordered fries. We got the onion rings but no fries..so my husband went in and got the fries (which are cold and rubbery, I can't even eat them). I ordered chicken tenders and they asked which sauce I wanted..I wanted all 3 of the sauces (bbq, honey mustard, ranch) which were on the receipt in a list form and they still couldn't even get the sauces in the bag.

If you go here just make sure you check for EVERYTHING you ordered to be there, even condiments, apparently.
