The potranco freddys is great on all levels. The staff is so so friendly and efficient. The manager should be really proud on the staff they hired and trained so well. Weve been there on numerous occasions and the experience is more enjoyable everytime.

order 347 26.62 So they got the money part right... ordered 3 combos ,got one , called spoke to Ashley about missing items .. very bothered as I explained..said she'd replace my missing hot dog and burger..I said well cant you replace my whole order since I have to go back..she asked why ..I said because you have caused an inconvenience and most importantly we go to get fast hot food ..it will be cold. she said fine but not the ice cream.. on the way back Ashley called me getting my.cell number pff their caller ID and asked for their cold ass fries back I said no im not going back home for that.so I get there and Keith very rudely comes to the window with a problem ..grilling questions smart remarks making us feel like thieves and liars .. I simply wanted my order so I interrupted the spew coming out of his mouth asked him to get with his employee Ashley who had already treated us like this over the phone...I said we come here all the time..never had a problem.. we just want our food so we can go..he gave me a blank deer in headlights look and gave me a bag of mess like they had thrown my order around and still didn't get my complete order! NEVER AGAIN..THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE FAMILY RESTAURANT AT LEAST 3 NIGHTS A WEEK!

Be sure to check your order before leaving. I ordered a steakburger double, sandwich only, no onions. They asked if I wanted ketchup in the bag, and I said "no".

What I got: a small fry, two packs of ketchup, and a rather cold, soggy excuse for a cheeseburger single. They remembered not to put onions on it at least so, I'll give then a star for that...
