Love the atmosphere of the small town backwoods restaraunt. Very laid back and low key. We sat inside due to the monsoons and heavy winds. My wife and I both ordered T-bone dinners. Very very good. Cooked over an open flame mesquite grill. You actually get to see your food being cooked right before you. All of the sides where very very tasty also. The baked potatoes are wrapped in foil and cooked within the fire. They taste just like when your camping out. Salads and garlic toast are fresh. Beer was cold. Waitress was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back. Support local and small business. We do. We are business owners too

Great place great food great atmosphere. Every time we come out to Ryan airfield we have to come here. We also drive from NW Tucson just to come eat the great pizza. The only problem is the waitresses aren't that good looking. But overall place is amazing.

The food was good but I was worried the cooks might spit in it. The wait staff were pleasant but needed a little bit more personality and the owner is young looking for his age but don't let that fool you because he has got to be the rudest man I have ever met. The Barn idea is great but the place looks more like it needs to be demolished than renovated. And when they are using that fire pit out in the center of the room I love the outdoor feeling you get but you cannot breath for all the smoke billowing out into the restaurant, fix your ventilation would you? If I had to scale this place on a 1-10 scale, for it's food I'd say a 5 because as I said the cooks are a little scary looking, on service 7, smiling is free ya know and it doesn't take much to hollar out Have a nice day ya'll, decor 1, only because there is a roof and walls, lol, and the owner well, let's give him a 1/2 for breathing. Overall rating for this place a 3. Not exactly one of the nicest places I have been. At least the bathroom's were clean.
