you can make intelligent choices because the calorie count is posted. lots of good, healthy options that can be easily customized to your liking. the staff is helpful and friendly, and all requests are handled cheerfully. the food is good, if a bit bland, but is made to order in front of you.

it's cafeteria style with lots of basic lunch grub, of a slightly more healthy variety. if you choose well. fills the gap but not much more.
