01/10/2016 12:33 amKids LOVE this place. Trains & atmosphere are cool/unique enough that I will come back. Phone ordering system is terrible; management and order takers were very rude, as if the inability to hear & issues ordering were my fault. I will go back, but other than for an order of fries or a sundae, they will not be getting my money. |

11/28/2015 1:41 amAs far as entertainment for train lovers- A+++!! This place was amazing. You sit at a booth that is decorated like the inside of a train. To order your food you pick up the phone. Once your food is ready, a small train travels along the ceiling on a track and drops your food off on a tray that is lowered to your table. Also there are "booth windows" which feature a toy train traveling around the restaurant. The food wasn't that great tasting but the entertainment made up for it. Only downer was the fried mushrooms..they were good but came with no sauce to dip in ..just not right with ketchup..asked waitress for ranch and honey mustard but she forgot..went up front was given |

07/18/2015 9:50 pmDined here on Saturday about 1 PM. 20-30 minute wait, which was ok. The experience was really fun for our toddler, but the food just wasn't worth the wait or time. The phone ordering was too hard for either me or the person on the other end to understand, had to repeat several times to get it right. Refills are not free. My burger order without onions/pickles/mustard and with cheese took THREE times to get correct, despite being correct on our ticket. Spoke with a manager about how I was frustrated that everyone was nearly done by the time I got my food, and he basically said "Sorry" and walked away. Save yourself time and money and just go to a McDonalds instead, you'll be happier and your kids won't be missing out. |
