Food was really great! I liked the buzzers you get like when you reserve a table that lets you know when your food was done. The manager made sure every meal was just right. Place is a little loud though.

Witnessed an employee not wash their hands. Bad service even if we reserved space. Hard to find table. Cleaning supplies everwhere.

Staff is great! Slow service and on our visit had to ask for them to clear and clean off a table. Not very clean, buser was using same wet nasty towel with no cleaning chemicals, basically spreading bacteria and grossness from table to table. Only buser working and I later saw her in restrooms cleaning those. Need to hire more staff for busy nights. Restrooms are poor, only two stalls, older run down bathroom, pretty dirty. Food was hot and fresh.

My burger was great! Cooked medium and despite then not expecting a convention in town I didn't have to wait very long. They have my son a cookie too. :) They have the Freestyle coke machines too.

The burgers were perfect! So delicious. HORRIBLE service. All the employees looked like they hated their job. Everyone was super rude.
