Spectacular service and food. Wait staff is among the best and professionals in their field. The food was excellent. Highly recommend.

The food, staff and ambiance are spectacular. Fuel is my favorite restaurant in the L/A area.

Fantastic! !! We enjoyed our whole experience. The service was excellent, wine delicious, and the food was FANTABULOUS!!! Definitely an experience we will repeat.

The food is great, the drinks are strong, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting and Eric always does something beautiful and interesting for the "center piece" between the bar and dining area. Whenever I go to Fuel, I'm always greeted with smiles and friendly conversation. Yes, it's pricier than the other restaurants in Lewiston, but you get what you pay for. When celebrities visit Maine, it's Fuel they flock to. And for good reason.

Went with a group of 6 - everyone's entrees were fabulous. The filet served with spinach and au gratin potatoes was the best I've ever had. the beef bourguignon was spectacular. I would highly recommend this restauarnt to anyone wanting a great meal in the Lewiston area. We'll be back
