I've heard mixed reviews on this restaurant. Overall I liked it. The two different salsas were good and flavorful. The "spicy"-er salsa was more flavorful and really good. We went during the late happy hour (after 9pm). The jalepaneo poppers were not our favorite as they seemed like Costco items bought and fried. The "Who Knows" were really good and I would recommend those anyone.

The service was lacking I felt. There was a larger group that showed up and kept slowing showing up as the time progressed and that seemed to pull our wait staff away so we were forgotten somewhat.

Overall we'd go back for the happy hour prices.

This is a fave. I lived 23 years in California so I know good Mexican food. Here it's all about the fajitas.

This place has been more disappointing the second time we visited. Don't get me wrong it was disappointing the first time but it just got way worse when we thought a 2nd chance was in order, that was our mistake. We love the wait staffs at most place as we've been waiters/witnesses before, but they suck. We like to sit at the bar in most casual restaurants because they won't sit children in those sections (and children are f#&king terrible). But this shi##y place let 3 dumb bimbos walk in with their nasty little toddlers after 9 pm and sit in the bar. Just because those idiots couldn't find a babysitter or use protection doesn't mean everyone wants to here their shi##y little kids cry . . . that's a Gallos problem and a problem for dumb bimbos everywhere. Really poor experience, the food is not great and it's a pretty crappy place.

This place sucks the service is shit the salsa chips are stale theyre menu is lacking a lot of good mexican foods and drinks don't come here if you like horchata tortas if you give this place more than 2 stars you've missed out on real mexican food
