Found this place from a random Google search and I was impressed! Nice to have an all vegetarian menu to choose from

I have been eating here for several years now and the phone is delicious. The House Chicken is great and the spring rolls are mmm mmm good!

Love this place! Great vegetarian eatery. The rice is delicious and I have never had something I didn't like there. Try the orange beef, the pork in canton style, and the PiPa tofu. The miso soup is fantastic as well as the pot sticker dumplings. You must try the chrysanthemum hot tea as well, it's so nice and light and has petal bits in it. I love being able to order anything on the menu, if you're a vegetarian, you have to try it! The service has always been good, but this is an authentic Asian restaurant. Don't expect a lot of small talk or chitchat, expect to get your food fast and hot with minimal server interaction, because that's how they do it. Good food, fast and fresh!

My boyfriend and I eat at Garden Cafe a few times a month. He is a strict vegetarian (and semi picky), so it's nice to come to a place where he can order ANYTHING on the menu without having to worry it contains some sort of meat product.
Personally, I'm a big fan of the sushi, and haven't had a single roll variety that I didn't absolutely love (the Las Vegas roll is a favorite).
The main courses are also pretty tasty. If you are a vegetarian and tired of tofu, the meat substitutes are a nice change.
The service is always a bit hit or miss, and has actually become an on-going joke for us and our friends. I'm not sure if some of the waitresses speak very fluent English, and this tends to come off as rude. Suffice it to say they aren't the friendliest of people, but their food is good and we've grown to appreciate the atmosphere there. That being said, if you're only willing to eat at places with overly friendly, bubbly service, you probably will be unhappy here.

We went there whilst on holiday in Dec 2011. As we entered, the lady (looked like the manager - as she was relatively old) - was so rude. We asked for explanation as to what the dish would comprise off - and she refused to answer. She made it seem like she is doing us a favour.
There was no smile, no thank you, no answer to our question - all she did was grunt and gave us dirty stares - never again will I go back
And the food is not all that great. Its the same sauce for all the dishes
