I never have a problem when I go eat there. The gator tail is delicious. However, tonight I ordered through grubhub - which I never experienced a problem with either - and the order was a hour late. I ordered gator tail, a mahi sandwich, and a mountain dew. All of the food was cold and the drink was warm. I suggest if you want to order from them order directly through the restaurant.

Have been there three times during our vacation food was great everytime and service just as good.
