My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The people, the food and the service was great. Couldn't ask for more... Thank you Gaucho for an awesome experience. .

If you have been to a real Brazilian restaurant (such as Texas de Brazil) you are in for a real disappointment.

Salad bar - More like what you would find in a cheap Chinese buffet. Nothing great or elegant here. Only good thing they had was the canned beets.

Meats - Just HORRID! It was way over seasoned with the wrong spices and the meat was just plain raw. The chicken was a bacon wrapped recipe that was not even grilled. They had kind of steamed it. The Shrimp was covered in Parmesan cheese and tasted nasty. I didn't even dare to try the Lamb. We had to wait for about 30 minutes to get the meat. When we got it it was just small bits.

Get some macnuggets and you will be better off. Such a waste of money!

I've eaten at the Gaucho both before and after the Groupons started coming out. I will agree that the clientele has changed, i.e. people don't dress nice when they go there and probably don't tip very well. My last visit there was great. The meat was delicious and the salad bar and sides were still just as good as when I went a long time ago. The service this past time was the best I've ever had there. I was glad to tip the server based on the full dinner price. I literally had to keep turning the meat servers away because they fed me so much food I couldn't take it any more. The only thing that changed that I noticed was the servers were now in charge of carrying the meat around and serving it to everyone instead of them having people designated for that task. As a result, there were times when all the servers were in the kitchen and no one in the dining area. It wasn't bad though, just an observation. I would still recommend going there. It's good food and a nice atmosphere. People who complain on here about their Groupons not covering the whole meal obviously didn't read the fine print on Groupon that says if you eat on certain days the price is higher, etc, etc.

Way overpriced for dry, over seasoned meat that was usually undercooked. When we asked for medium and medium-well, we got it so well done that it was hard to even cut. My son took us to a Brazilian Steakhouse in Frisco, Texas where the food was wonderful, about the best I'd ever tasted, but this one in Tulsa wasn't even as good as we can get at a cheap buffet.

Don't waste your money here. Its not even worth using a 50% Groupon at this place!

I am shocked at the poor reviews. We went on a Friday at the 5pm opening and presented our Groupon to waitress. She asked us to use the salad bar first and the meat service would start in ten minutes. Right on schedule, the servers made the rounds of tables (place was 1/3 full) and never stopped until we were full and had to waive them away.

Maybe the others went when the place was empty ???
