Genesis 2000 Bakery is the best Mexican pastry I've tasted. They will also do special orders in quantity so if one needs smaller or larger sizes, they are available. They are a little hard to find because the location is somewhat hidden, but the search is well worth the effort. Don Teodocio is a master baker.
