Genghis Grill, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Food:

I love the new large bowls! The Asian guacamole is awesome!!! The new deserts are so tasty and I love that they are grilled. Definitely will keep coming back.

Food was amazing as always. Service not so good. Asked for a high chair for our child and never received one. Waitress was slow and messed up drink order as well as wasn't very attentive. The food is the reason they even get a 3

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but they have recently made some drastic changes for the worse. If I'm now going to be paying $50 for a meal and drinks for 2 I have some expectations. I except the prep area to be clean, I understand that in building your own bowl there is a probability you'll spill but for the staff just to leave raw food sitting on the counter and the floor while no one is in line is ridiculous. Also, there used to be numbers they would hand out in corrosondance with everyone's bowl now they give you a little card to carry around (which I ended up getting sauce all over because the counter was trashed.) and your server is suppsed to right your name on it, which is fine, but for our server to say "I'm just going to give you numbers because I don't have time to learn your names" is incredibly rude and very insulting. Lastly, if your going to try and be a "nicer" restaurant I would expect cleaner restrooms. I'm not to go into detail here but needless to say I was disgusted. At the end of the night the server brought us our checks without even asking if we had a rewards card, which is fine because with these new changes we have absolutely no intenetion of returning.

One of my favorite place is by far to eat in Tulsa Oklahoma. Blows HuHot grill out of the water when it comes to food quality and taste.

They have a great selection of meats and veggies. Create your own dish or use recipe cards they have to help you decide. Great service from the staff.
