04/16/2016 1:18 amHorrible. I called to see if they would deliver and they asked for the cabin phone number. I didn't have access to it so I gave them the address. The man said, "I've never heard of that. Where is it?" I then replied that I was from Indiana and wasn't sure. And he said, rudely, "Well I'm from Florida! Find out where it is and then call back." I called back, he answered, then put me back on hold for 10 minutes. Didn't even get to order. |

04/02/2016 4:17 amThey delivered which is a plus, but the woman on the phone was rude, the pizza was undercooked with barely sauce, they forgot the marinara and the garlic butter was tasteless oh and way over priced! $33.44 for a large 3 topping pizza and garlic bread is a tad high, unless they added in delivery in which case I wish we hadn't tipped. Disappointed to say the least. |

03/31/2016 3:44 amHorrible customer service! We are staying here for a short trip and wanting something easy but we were quickly offended when we heard the woman on the other line mumble under her breath rude comments. Not to mention when our pizza got here it wasn't even the right pizza?! When we called back they denied in us saying we wanted pepperoni pizza and told us we said only cheese.... Overall experience was horrible. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! |

02/14/2016 4:42 pmNot sure what people didn't like about this but the whole experience was fantastic for us. From the young man answering the phone to the driver who was friendly. Personable and timely. We arrived at our cabin late. Needed something to eat and genos delivered perfectly. Cheese pizza arrived hot. Garden salad was crisp cold and fresh. |

12/20/2015 7:02 amWorst customer service ever! Took 15 minutes to even PLACE THE ORDER!! Hour to deliver. And STILL delivered wrong items. When we phoned back to ask that the order be corrected, we were told that that was the way their ticket read, it was our fault that it wasn't what we wanted. And it gets better!! When confronted, the worker, (Ryan) told us that we would have to PAY for the correct item!!!! Worker was a complete and total ass, (Ryan) and hung up phone not once but twice. Oh and by the way, when Ryan was confronted that I was an officer and that I was going to call Gatlinburg PD, he had a few choice words to say about Police Officers. Just an FYI for the Ladies and Gents of Gatlinburg PD and those officers visiting from out of town. |
