Food:

The only reason I'm giving this two stars is b/c of the building. The quality of food and service don't justify the high prices; in fact, they're both really bad. The food tasted like it came out of a box and was microwaved, and our server was very slow and inattentive. It's really too bad b/c this restaurant used to be so good!

If you're looking for good Italian, you're better off going somewhere else.

Food:

The manager was our waitor and he was too busy to do it well. The salad was decent, but that was it. Ordered cheese bread as an appetizer which was a pound of mozarella cheese and a slather of greese and no flavor. We also ordered a sausage pizza, aka another pound meal. If I'm stuck eating here again, I'll just stick with the salad bar and hope they keep the lettuce stocked.

Food:

Very disappointing. Cool place, but the food was WAY overpriced for what you get. The salad bar was average at best. The Wisconsin Cheese soup, usually one of my favorites, was not good...I ate about a third of it. My son had a calzone (he ate half), and while I can't be sure it was the calzone, he had stomach "issues" within an hour of eating. The bright side is that the service was good and friends, but I won't go there again. $80 for 4 of us with tip; one calzone, one reuben (large size, which is actually just two reubens, $17), one plate of tortellini (the 10 year old girl with us polished off the portion with no problem), and salad bar and bowl of soup. 3 non-alcoholic beverages.

Food:

An absolutely awful dining experience. I arrived hungry and in a good mood. The first sign was the sticky table followed by the server's lack of knowledge about ale's then wine. She gave me a typed wine list and I ordered the bottle of Chianti listed for "2" Apparently she was supposed to remember the 30+ wines by glass and bottle on the list and not show it to customers. I ordered the sausage and pasta and the sausage was the WORST I have EVER TASTED. It was like mush. The replacement mannacotti was no better. It was so dried out the cheese inside lost it's texture. I ate a few bites and gave up because of the pool of grease (maybe butter) under it. It was obvious I was not having a good experience but no manager ever came by to find out why. I also noticed my glass of wine was filled about half of what I observed the other glasses of wine being served were (and I ordered the wine before I had the sausage problem). Stay clear of this joint unless you want a thick crust pizza.

Food:

Our waitress was very good to us and it was great service, but the food just ruined it. First off the food is hella expensive. I was told to expect this so I obviously expected that the food was going to be good. I picked something that any italian restaurant should be able to to: Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. When I got it it had what looked almost opposite of what an alfredo sauce should look like. After tasting it, it seemed that they used milk instead of cream and did not use the right cheeses. The chicken tasted horrible. After paying $17 for a dish I expected it to at least taste decent. I didn't finish the dish and did not want to take the rest home with me.

Pick another place to eat. While they may have good service, the food and the prices are not worth it.
