Gold N Silver Inn, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

A fun little hole in the wall 24 hour diner. Decent parking, friendly staff and diner chow straight from the 50's make this a nice little place to grab a bite.

Gold 'N Silver is a classic American diner. Good food, good portions, good prices.

I’ve now visited the Gold 'N Silver Inn three times and been completely disappointed each time.
Generally the service is OK – the waiters and waitresses are friendly. That’s by far the best part of this place.

The food is bland and poorly presented.
Everything about the place is cheap – except the prices.
I really don’t understand how they’re still in business.
If you enjoy paying $10 for $4 worth of greasy food, you’ll love this place.

I highly suggest you walk across the street to the Gold Dust West casino – better food and bigger portions for the same or lower price.

Another of our TripleD stops along our trip last month.
I had the Ground Beef Pounder and found it to be very good. The Mrs got the steak and it was a bit over done.
It's an older establishment and showing some wear but the people were very pleasant. ..the Mrs even hit the slots while we were there.
