We have been ordering food from there since they opened the restaurant. All their food is delicious. Never had bad service or rude service.

I have never had bad service. I have never seen said rats. I love these people. What do you expect. They are Chinese they work their asses off. Who cares if they speak broken English. If you read your post. It's not spelled "cum" moron. It's "come". Have a great day!

Their General Tso's chicken is delicious. The chicken is nice and crispy and the sauce is perfect. It's not too sugary like other places and it's actually got a little spice like it's supposed to.

I miss this place! They serve the best Chinese takeout of all the places we tried in Hampton Roads (we tried about 15 places). My wife loved the steamed dumplings and egg rolls. I liked almost everything I tried. Sure, their English is heavily accented and their voices sound like they are being rude, but they really aren't. They always served me with a smile.

I never tried delivery, though. And since they service the Norfolk Naval Base, I can imagine deliveries take a while, because getting onto the base can be such a long ordeal and probably ties up their delivery personnel.
