Food:

Not very good service, waiters took forever idk doing what when it didn't even look like a busy day, only drink option was water. Tables were all cluttered together. old facility, the food was good but didn't enjoy my visit to the place.

Food: Excellent - especially Dim Sum.
Facility: Needs major upgrade to include a sanitized bathroom inside.
Food Service: Not the best to Americans but that's how some of Chinese are due to their heavy accent.
My bad experience: Just so no one thinks I am discriminating, I am part Chinese. I had one incident with a server who was walking around with the cart of dim sum. The aisle was narrow where I was sitting, she was walking by and hit my chair asked me to move in (very rudely). So in that case, that's obvious a Chinese being rude. But other than that, FOOD IS YUMMY!!!

We had a wandered into this place after walking around Chinatown. The menue looked good and it was full of what appeared to be locals. Good signs, right? WRONG. The bathrooms in the place are without a doubt the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen, I am including rest stops, truck stops and music festival porta-potties. To start, there is a nasty odor tat nearly knocks you out. On the floor, there is a black film. There are cobwebs. Cobwebs, people. In a bathroom. To top it all off, it's locked. They make you carry a key, which is attached to a coffe can, which you have to put down somewhere. In the disgusting bathroom. Yes, it's outside of the restaurant, but hey have a responsibility to their customers. Allowing us into this e coli pit is not only an insult, it's a health danger.

Good food but they need to update their facilities.
