I didn't realize it was Father's Day so it was probably extra crowded. Greeted at the door and he took my name so we waited until people after us were being seated and finally spoke up, we were seated right away at a table and had to ask for water and coffee, had to ask for utensils, ask for service, it was the worst restaurant experience ever.

Tasty & friendly for the most part. Service does tend to drop off towards noon. Food is awesome. Love the My Berry Amore pancakes.

Service is bad..I use to go there at least twice a week..It has been about nine weeks since my last visit.
