We visit Tucson frequently and always make a point of stopping in at Govinda's. Over the course of 7 years we have consistently found the food to be fresh and delicious. I'm vegan and my husband is a healthy omnivore and it satisfies both of us. Recently I had the vegan eggplant casserole. It was fabulous. We always enjoy the hot dishes, salad bar, homemade bread, and lentil crackers. This spot is an oasis in the desert with exotic birds, a giant koi pond, indoor and outdoor patio seating, & a friendly staff. We look forward to our next visit.
