The bill didn't break down the items. More importantly, the quality of the food was sub-par.

HIDDEN TIP IN THE BILL.

I have been coming here for years for dim sum and today was the first time I found out that I was being charged an automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more. This rule is stated no where at the restaurant. Our party was 3 adults and 4 kids under 6.

I did not notice this until the gal was adding up all the charges at the register. The bill is all in Chinese so it is difficult to tell whether or not we are being charged correctly. I was watching the gal add up the bill then add another line what I assumed to be tax. Then she added another line and showed me the total. When I questioned the additional line she said gratuity is added to parties of 6 or more. I told her that we have three adults and four small kids which did not seem to matter.

This is what bothers me for years we have usually have 6 in our party, pay the bill and leave a tip on the table. So it turns out all these years we have been doubling their tip.

Your deceptive practice has now lost a long time customer.

The food & services was no good at all. But because my friends know the owner, so our group of 3 couples went there for entertainment every Friday for the last 2 years,
and sometime we had birthday party there because of the relationship.

But, suddenly last Friday, they raised the price of beer from $5.00 to $6.00 without announcing anything. At break time, some customers were taking a break outside the restaurant & the owner came out. One customer asked him why he was charged $6.00 for the beer at his table. He said that his service people did not get enough gratuity, so he is collecting $1.00 extra for that. The customer said the gratuity is given for the service provided, your service people did not do good job so they do not deserved it, now you collect 20% extra for BAD services.

With a bad attitude, the owner said "If $1.00 is too much to collect for gratuity, so I will raised to $7.00 for a beer so people do not come".

After break, the MC announced that the beer will be $7.00 starting from next week.
Caused some customers went on stage to protested it and almost all of the patrons that night got up and left in protest.

We will never come back to this restaurant again.
