Loved the food. We started off with fried wontons that had a wonderful cheese and spring onion filling. The cashew chicken was a delight. The chicken lo mein had just enough garlic in the sauce. My son who is very particular about orange chicken couldn't stop eating theirs. The volcano chicken was fresh, vibrant and very tasty. I cannot wait for the next time we visit here!

One of the best chinese restuarant in the area, especially since it's the only place in Bakersfield with dim sum!
