Really missed the one in lubbock texas, but will never eat here again. ...chicken smelled like fish, restaurant is all beat up, seats are torn up ...

Horrible worst service ever. They took my order and didnt put it in then i waited 25 mins for my food.

I ordered food to go and the manager was very rude when I was trying to tell her that I wanted my gravy on the side. And she said this is the way you ordered it. And this is way you going to get if. She didn't even offer to remake the order. On top of that all the workers were all glaring at me. Don't go there they don't even have diversity there its all ran by black workers.

The place was so dirty. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting!!! I have seen cleaner restrooms at a gas station. The food was cold and nasty. I will bever go back to this location

Second time visiting the Grandy's on Cooper St and both times order was wrong! They forgot our bread rolls on first visit. Second visit they forgot our brownie bites and only gave us one bread roll after we purchased 3 for .99 cents. The food on first visit was ok but second visit was DISGUSTING! Everything tasted old, nothing was warm. Ended up throwing most of it away in fear of getting sick. Beware of this place. Will NEVER eat there again!
