A little posh, but excellent food and atmosphere. The large windows allow for a wonderful amount of natural light. The outdoor seating is really nice as well.

The fries was very good. Burger was very disappointing; not only it came out medium well instead of medium rare, it was quite dry and no flavor as well. It was nowhere close to being worth as a $21 burger. The nacho was alright, not much meat and way too saucy, so it was very salty. Pork belly bun was average, I've had many other better ones though. It seems like a waste of the fresh local ingredients that they use.

Went here for Brunch and had the Bibimbap Burrito. It was surprisingly good! Deep fried cheese curds were amazing to the point of my 6 year old daughter loving it as well! It also had a smoky hot sauce drizzled on top. Kind of like Sriracha but less spice and more smoky. It's a dish I wouldn't mind having again, but I'd like to try the other dishes they have available. Waiters were friendly and came by often to refill glasses of water.

I did have their bloody Mary and it was okay for me. A bit too much in the alcohol taste, but hey, a drink can vary for anyone. It surely won't stop me from coming here again.

Dined here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and was sat promptly. It quickly filled up afterwards. Our server was very genuine and thorough with our service during the entire meal. She really made us feel welcomed. Great view of the capital at night. Not loud, not quiet but just the right amount of noise where you can talk with your group and still enjoy the background noise. I appreciate when food is presented well and with care and Graze impressed me. Overall a great restaurant experience!

Got in right at opening for brunch. Took an hour to get food, then my entree was cold. So hungry by then that I ate part of it-didnt want to wait another 45 minutes for maybe hot food. The 3-4 waitstaff stopping by the table still couldnt seem to warm up a coffee without each coffee drinker requesting individually..very strange. There are plenty of places serving hot food at a better price point within a couple blocks. I guess you are paying for the sheer number of waitstaff.
