The sitting area was dirty at 230 in the afternoon

After waiting two hours for delivery we turned it away and ordered something else. After several calls to the store we were given random times then told that the delivery driver didn't have a cell phone. I asked how long our food had been prepared and sitting out or in a car they were vague and I'm sure our fried chicken was a soggy mess of grease and grown cold from the ride, when the store is less that two miles away! how f'd is that.
