Went here around 1:00 because the location on bonanza had closed. I had a filled customer card and they accepted it! Thank you very much for doing that and the best part the cashier was so super friendly! The sandwich maker was nice as well! So glad to have found them because the food is always great and the staff here gives great customer service. Clean place and has outdoor sitting area.

It was not a very pleasant experience today at this location of Great Harvest. I placed a large order and the girl double charged my card, after already taking a long amount of time to enter the order in properly. The poor guy in line behind me sat down and waited a really long time just to buy his single bread item. I felt so bad for him!
My recommendation to this business is to have a better trained staff. If there isn't going to be a manager in the building, at least have a girl on the register who is trained.
I don't really blame the girls, because it definitely seemed like more of a training / management issue. Which I say because this is also not the only chaotic encounter I have had there.
**Hoping the management sees this and doesn't look at it as being a rant, but can use it to help improve the customer experience in their location. The other Henderson location does not seem to have issues like this.
