Great Wall Chinese Restaurant, Chicopee, Massachusetts Restaurant Details

Last time I ordered food from this place, I had a long black hair in the rice! needless to say, I will never order/eat food from them in the future. Absolutely grossed me out.

Rather eat at the McDonald's up the road... How can a Chinese restaurant not know how to make fried rice?? So just imagine how the rest of the food is. My suggestion = Don't bother.

ive been going to them for years. they make the best chinese for miles and have really fast service. its a little family owned place and theyre nice people who always give me great service so i dont know what these people are talking about saying theyre rude. i never go anywhere other than great wall

I ordered the duck. I always wanted to try it. I got home and it was dried out duck on top of iceburg lettuce with a side of white rice. It was so disgusting I decided to go take it back, which I rarely do. They gave me a hard time about it saying that it was dry because it's fried. Are you kidding? Of Colonel Sanders served dry chicken, he would be out of business!! I asked for something else and every time I mentioned something he kept saying, Oh, that will be dry, oh that will be dry too. I left without getting my money back and I wished that I would have thrown the food on the floor. didn't think of it until I got home. Stay away from this place. It sucks!!

I've ordered delivery from this place a few times and the food was pretty good. However, I'm offended by the service. I called tonight for delivery and placed my order. Struggling a bit on my end to understand the gentleman taking my order, he asked me where I lived, I gave him the name of the city (planning to follow with my address upon request). He then raised his voice as if I was inconvenient to him and shouted "WHAT'S THE ADDRESS?!!" I simply said, "If you're going to be rude, I can take my business elsewhere and hung up." No return call or concern, so either they don't care or don't need my business. Either way, there is other Chinese food just as good with MUCH better customer service.
