These guys suck. Incomplete order, cold food and no phone number to contact them (the one listed is a fax.) NEVER GO HERE.

The worst carls ever messed up my order twice n a row try calling but all i get is the noise for the fax machine. I need to talk to a district manager n let them know about this place. THE ABSOULT WORSE!

This place needs to close down! Or, New staff ALL THE WAY AROUND. I just wasted 30 dollars. Lazy staff.. Rude... I'll never go back until a huge sign hangs above it that reads 'NEW STAFF'!

Rude manager bad service. Got a cold turkey burger took it home when I returned with a single bite out of the manager showed little concern. Then blamed the cold food on the time it took to return it. Horrible customer service. Avoid this place apparently its common to get bad service here. Also the health department will be coming by this place soon.

Really bad service, I love Carls Jr but that place sucks.. the manager is rude as well as the cashiers. Everytime I go in I expect to see different people working there, you think they would of gotten them out already, but nooo.. :/
