04/13/2015 10:43 amAny one who thinks that this food should be labeled Thai food Should have their heads examined. I typically heed the warnings of the reviewers and do not go places with so many bad reviews. Since I had an insatiable urge to eat Thai and did not want to travel too far I decided to try this place ( I call it this place because it does not deserve to be recognized). I ordered Pad Thai and Basil Shrimp. The noodles in the Pad Thai were decent, however the shrimp were cooked to a disgustingly shriveled up state. The Basil Sauce should not be called basil, it should be called sugar with a hint of crap sauce. Worst of all, I had to pay for such awful food. My advice is to stay away at all costs and head over to your local Chinese food take out, for they are master chefs compared to this place. |

10/31/2012 11:40 pmWeird tasting food some of which had sugar mixed with a beef dish. Curry dish was more like a curry soup put on a platter. Howver if you request no sugar on beef dish it will taste more normal. |

07/19/2010 5:34 pmWhile many other Thai restaurants are raising their prices and decreasing their portions, Thai Green Leaf is not. Their food is excellent and the portions are big. The prices are very reasonable, but you get more than what you pay for. I now live in Westchester county, but I return every opportunity I can! GREAT for take-out Thai and sure beats that trite Chinese menu! And I could care less for alleged Thai people living on Long Island. I'm NOT Thai, but I like the food! |
