Guajillo's, San Antonio, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

The admosphere is ok, but we didn't like the food at all , we got shrimp soup and it was more like hot peppers blended with warm water and shrimp no flavor at all, also order guisado de puerco, and was pretty much the same thing, the only plate we order that wasn't 99% hot peppers was the fideo soup, and the tacos which the tortillas where horrible, so this was our first and last time we go there. This people claim to have the real Mexico flavor but they are completely wrong, I am from Mexico and our food does not taste like this.

The meatballs were delicious as well as the spicy and flavorful salsa. The owner saw it was our first time there avd introduced himself which we love. Then he made suggestions. Great service with a clean restarantula

For the Texan thats looking for less Tex and more Mex! A beyond good michelada. The salsa is HOT and addicting. I can't stop eating it! Bring tissues

The tacos de biste, so pa de fideo and especially the hot sauce were great! SALUD!

I have to say... A-maz-ing-ly delicious. The Bistec tacos are to die for!
